It isn't run anymore, but still shouldn't set the cursor theme,
especially to the wrong thing.

Implements XDG support for more programs that support it, in various
levels of hackiness.

Autostart should not try to start apps that probably aren't installed.
(You know what they say about assuming). At least, for the master
branch.

These lines were totally borked, because I copied them from a help thing
without copying the necessary environment variable. Instead, now I have
an import-gsettings script to do that for me.
